I highly recommend this book for anyone, nurse, aesthetician, or MD in the cosmetic field!

As a skin care instructor I used her book all the time to teach my students. Now, I have another resource with this new book. Dr Baumann breaks things down so clearly that it is not intimidating in any way. It is not your usual text book either. I am always finding new answers to questions I have had as well as my students. The skin care industry is so fluid, if you do NOT know your stuff, you will not be successful.
