Great Text
By Mike - February 10, 2012This lab manual has many great experiments within it that help one to better understand the world of bacteria around us. This is an entry level style text that does not really require any previous knowledge upon the subject. I would recommend this book to anyone. I used this in a lab course at Indiana University and it was extremely useful.
Nice book
By NK - October 10, 2011My book was new like I expected without any marks or high lights in it. I received it within the estimated delivery date. I have been using it a lot in my microbiology lab. Overall, I am happy with this product. It was very expensive, but Amazon was the cheapest that I found.

By Ellie Whitsett - February 23, 2013I immediately returned it b/c I was given a copy by a friend. I never opened it. I was told when I called how to return it and that I would be reimbursed minus postage. You charged me $39 for restocking! I'm furious. Have been a good customer for a long time but I recently wrote that I will not buy from Amazon again unless you refund my $39.00. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income trying to go to school. The restocking fee was a dirty trick. Totally unexpected from Amazon. Ellie Whitsett
