Terrible Textbook
By CKJ411 - July 17, 2011The information in this textbook is little more than a $150 version of applied statistics. The "extras" in Excel OM are simply templates for functions Excel already has. The books idea of creative content is just to have tons of it. There's many better books out there.
Operations Management missing disk in new book
By L. Ruthrauff - September 6, 2011I purchased this book new from Amazon and it did not come with the myownlab disk that the course required. I am not sure if this was a mistake, however another book had to be purchased at the school store to get the disk and then I will be returning the book I purchased from Amazon. I purchase many items from Amazon, but I doubt very much I will buy textbooks through them again, the aggravation is not worth the supposed cost savings.

By corrine - March 22, 2013I needed it for two classes and I wish I would of gotten it earier. It helps me so much, I like to read from paper not the computer. I like the infromation and helpful steps. It may be a little price but worth investing the money.
