If you own a business and are planning to give shares in it to your children, you need this book --- and especially if your children are in the 15+ age range. You need to start preparing them to be "effective and responsible owners". Don't put it off or you will regret it. This book will provide insights on some of the problems which result from the inheritance of company ownership and of many things you can do to ensure that company ownership is a blessing to the recipients, not a curse.
