Great study aid

I used this CD set to prepare for the exam in my first-year constitutional law class. This set supplemented by Chemerinsky's Constitutional Law: Principles And Policies (Introduction to Law Series) provide a concise, easily digestible overview of conlaw. I found this especially useful because my professor spent the semester focusing on the minute, clause-by-clause details (an in seemingly random order mind you) and did not attempt to tie those details together into the broad picture. I suppose he felt that was the student's job. But as a first-year law student I felt particularly unqualified for the task. Luckily, I had Mary Cheh and Erwin Chemerinsky.
Mary Cheh's voice was pleasant to listen to and her pace was just right. All in all, I highly recommend this set. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it took forever to rip the 10 CDs to my computer for transfer to my iPod.
How I aced con law
By A. Conway - May 29, 2012
Do you like wasting your time? No? Then don't waste your time reading a con law case. Never. Never ever do that. Not even once. It will do absolutely no good. If you don't believe me, go get one of your profs. practice tests and look it over; you'll see. Rather, read and outline from the applicable sections out of Constitutional Law: Principles and Policies by Erwin Chemerinsky. Then, when you finish a topic, listen to the Che lecture on this CD. Then, when it's review time, just re-listen to all these lectures while you read over you outline. Con-law doesn't have difficult rules, if your test is open-notes, that should be enough. Practice tests--while necessary in almost every other course--are not necessary for Con Law.
Best overview of Con Law

This CD helped me write my outline in Constitutional Law and flat out memorizing it got me an A on my exam. It covers all the general basics and helps put the cases you learn in class into perspective. Very helpful. Highly recommended.
