Best Study Guide I've Tried
By Sylvia - July 16, 2012If you prefer to read a short, susinct book rather than a dry outline with bullets, I believe this one may be for you. This book is filled with explanatory paragraphs that are puntuated by information bullets and tips. There is also a helpful summary at the end of each chapter. I understood nothing and this explained everything including all the nuances/differences I should remember. It also tells you when to refer to your specific state law so you don't waste your time on general statements. I was able to read this in 2 days, and I made an A- in my business associations class.
Very useful for the confused Law Student

I just needed a general overview so that I could see how everything fit together, get some black letter law, and some real-life examples. After reading / outlining this book, I totally understand the course now.
Is not a substitute for paying attention / reading in your class but helps so that you can follow class discussion and understand cases better.
Great Supplement for Outlining and Finals Prep!
By Sean P Ricks - November 21, 2011This is a great supplement. It's easy to understand and does a good job of explaining the concepts. I especially found the problems/examples very helpful. The format is easy to follow and, while it doesn't replace creating your own outline, it is extremely helpful when constructing your outline. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solid supplement to assist them in their outlining and finals prep!
