Not a huge fan of Accounting but love the book.

This was not my first attempt at accounting but I finally aced the class! This book is very well laid out and comprehensive. The book made it easy to understand the accounting basics.

Cluttered and Distracting

The book does cover the basics of financial accounting, so in terms of written/educational content, it's o.k.

However, the layout of the book is absolutely horrible. With no exaggeration, there is simply WAY TOO MUCH going on in each page. All the colors, artwork, and cartoony figures makes for a circus of a text. It's very distracting. Also, the way in which tables/balance sheets/spreadsheets are presented is equally distracting and confusing. I've peeked my nose in other financial accounting textbooks at the bookstore and found them much more straightforward and easy to read. Unfortunately, I had to use this one for a class.

Horrible

This book is horrible. The only reason to buy this book is for a class that you will most likely hate. Accounting sucks and is boring. Worst class ever. I wish I was dead during the whole class. Aweful, Aweful class. I hate accounting, accountants, and numbers. Dumb, Dumb, Dumb. I also hate Carl Warren, the stupid "author" of this waste of time/money. Accounting is so bad.
