Filled with great strategies, action steps and quotes in an enjoyable and very readable format, I found this book to be a powerful, simple and clear plan on how to live a more energetic, rewarding, and meaningful life. I really liked the 2 to 3 page sections that I could pick up and read whenever I needed a spark. While I read the entire book in 3 days I find myself picking up the book and rereading sections throughout the day as a helpful reminder. This book reminds me of Don't Sweat the Small Stuff but instead of stress as the topic, Gordon brilliantly outlines simple ways all of us can find, use, maximize and focus our energy every day. This book is a keeper.
