\n(ICTs) can play in improving gender equality, so as to enhance long-term economic
\ngrowth. Employing OLS and IV panel regressions with country fixed-effects, the
\npaper shows that increases in the level of ICT infrastructure tend to improve gender
\nequality in education and employment. In addition, it shows that education among
\nthe general population is important for improving gender equality. The results
\nprovide evidence indicating that gender equality in education is an important
\ncontributor to gender equality in employment. Lastly, the results show that
\neconomic development itself tends to lead to some improvements in gender
\nequality in the labor market. Hence, the use of ICTs to improve gender equality in
\neducation and employment may initiate a continuous cycle of positive reinforcing
\nfeedback effects between gender equality in employment and economic
\ndevelopment, leading to further improvements in both.

\nthey serve and the environments they acquire inputs from provides strategic opportunity unavailable
\nto purely domestic firms. However, MNEs are also exposed to higher levels of complexity and
\nuncertainty due to the presence in different locations and confront associated needs to integrate and
\ncoordinate activities. This paper suggests that the attendant cost–benefit tradeoff can be influenced by
\ncomputer-mediated communication. Based on a sample of 88 organizations in the computer products
\nindustries, we find that multinationality in itself does not guarantee a higher level of strategic
\nopportunity. Instead, use of information technology to facilitate communication among managers

Advocacy and OIRA further recognize that the best way to prevent unnecessary regulatory burden is to participate in the rulemaking process at the earliest stage possible and to coordinate both offices to identify draft regulations that likely will impact small entities. Inasmuch as Advocacy and OIRA share similar goals, the two agencies intend to enhance their working relationship by establishing certain protocols for sharing information and providing training for regulatory agencies on compliance with the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) and various other statutes and Executive orders that require an economic analysis of proposed regulations.\";s:5:\"thumb\";s:117:\"images/t/134/memorandum-of-understanding-between-the-office-of-advocacy-u-s-small-business-administration-and-the.jpg\";s:6:\"thumb2\";s:118:\"images/t2/134/memorandum-of-understanding-between-the-office-of-advocacy-u-s-small-business-administration-and-the.jpg\";s:9:\"permalink\";s:100:\"memorandum-of-understanding-between-the-office-of-advocacy-u-s-small-business-administration-and-the\";s:5:\"pages\";s:1:\"5\";s:6:\"rating\";s:1:\"0\";s:5:\"voter\";s:1:\"0\";}i:5;O:8:\"stdClass\":13:{s:2:\"id\";s:5:\"14668\";s:6:\"status\";s:8:\"verified\";s:11:\"author_name\";s:7:\"samanta\";s:9:\"author_id\";s:4:\"1916\";s:14:\"author_website\";s:0:\"\";s:5:\"title\";s:56:\"Croatia and knowledge-based economy: Making a transition\";s:11:\"description\";s:706:\"The objective of this paper is to explore the essential nature of knowledge-based economy and to examine the current position of Croatian economy in the process of establishing sufficient conditions for transition to it. SMEs can check account balances, transfer money, pay bills, collect receivables and ultimately reduce transaction costs and establish greater control over bank accounts. Despite the benefits of e-banking to SMEs, there has been little research done on the factors affecting its adoption. This research aims to investigate the factors that affect SMEs\' adoption of e-banking in Bangladesh. It is well documented in the literature that despite their availability and potential benefits, SMEs in Bangladesh are slow in adopting e-banking services. For the purpose of identifying factors affecting the adoption of e-banking by SMEs, TOE framework, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Institutional Theory and Institutional Intervention Theory are used. Drawing upon these as background theories, an integrated conceptual framework for SMEs\' e-banking adoption is developed, which incorporates both the rationalistic goal oriented behaviour of firms and the external forces of technology adoption. Seven variables affecting e-banking adoption by SMEs are identified. They are: organizational capabilities, perceived benefits, perceived credibility, perceived regulatory support, ICT industries readiness, lack of financial institutions readiness and institutional influence. This model can be tested empirically for SMEs in Bangladesh as well as in other developing countries.\";s:5:\"thumb\";s:80:\"images/t/959/the-adoption-of-e-banking-in-developing-countries-a-theoretical.jpg\";s:6:\"thumb2\";s:81:\"images/t2/959/the-adoption-of-e-banking-in-developing-countries-a-theoretical.jpg\";s:9:\"permalink\";s:63:\"the-adoption-of-e-banking-in-developing-countries-a-theoretical\";s:5:\"pages\";s:2:\"19\";s:6:\"rating\";s:1:\"0\";s:5:\"voter\";s:1:\"0\";}i:7;O:8:\"stdClass\":13:{s:2:\"id\";s:6:\"427882\";s:6:\"status\";s:8:\"verified\";s:11:\"author_name\";s:10:\"sienatyron\";s:9:\"author_id\";s:6:\"579914\";s:14:\"author_website\";s:0:\"\";s:5:\"title\";s:38:\"Tattoo And Piercing Shops In Las Vegas\";s:11:\"description\";s:258:\" - Looking for information regarding tattoo and piercing shops in Las Vegas?
