exactly what I wanted

This book was exactly the book I wanted for my class. It explains the concepts in a relatively easy to understand way. It does not go into too much detail so as to confuse the reader. It also has several nice images.

Nice adjunct to text

GREAT TEXTBOOK

This is one of the best textbooks I've had to date. It is very thorough. While it provides great scientific explanations, it is easier to understand than expected. The supplemental "stories" throughout the chapters are very useful and interesting. Great book!
