Outstanding Coverage

The book provides broad coverage, neatly edited cases, and sharp analysis. It is quite dense, more so than your average casebook, so be prepared to put in more time for covering an average length assignment, but it is aggressive in forcing critical analysis. Written with teaching, not recitation in mind; the author is also a sharp professor.

Expectations Met

This textbook arrived right on time and there were no surprises when I opened the box. The textbook was in marvelous shape and indeed, the description from the sender about the state of the book was truthful: it had some highlighting. However, the amount of highlighting was less than I expected.
