Good addition to your E-Type Library

This book is a great addition to your library. Considering many of these cars have been 'modified' over the years, this book is a great use while you're looking for a car to work out how original the car is. It seems mostly accurate and has a lot of good detail in it. Worth the purchase.

Excellent book for any one restoring or just working on an E Type Jaguar. Excellent range of topics and information that is very valuable.

A bit light but worth the price

What I liked most was the cynical way of looking at buying an E-Type (the authors very own words). The book is certainly another important edition of the E-Type's enthusiast book collection and helps in some aspects to identify changes over the years and model ranges. I am missing the detail and when Philip Porter writes that he did not want to go into such detail levels, who would then? Based on the book I could at least exclude on E-Type from the range I was looking at buying, so I had my ROI.
