After listening to Gary Null on PBS, I bought the book to make needed changes in my lifestyle. Dr. Nulls information is very accurate. As a nurse I see how the health of americans is going down the tube. The problem is with all the best advice we still have got to make an effort to change! Much like smoking, we know it's bad for us but so addicting or habit forming! Great Job ! Dr. Null! Sign me trying to take Doctors advice!
