Exactly the same book as the yellow cover "California Test Practice Grade 4" by American Education Publishing. Good practice book for standardized tests.

Excellent practice, not just for test prep

While looking for some test prep materials for my 4th grader, I was dismayed to see that there was nothing geared specifically for the state in which I currently live. However, having taught in CA for years, I know that CA state standards are among the most rigorous in the nation. I ordered this book thinking that if she could master these skills, she'd be well-prepared for any state's test.

I was not disappointed.

Hitting on all major strands, the book is easy to follow. It offers tests, practice, reviews. I was able to concentrate on her weakest areas, while skipping the sections where she was already proficient.
