The proceedings of this workshop identify and prioritize pipeline-related research needs to maintain the present pipeline infrastructure in an acceptable working condition and discuss ways to improve the condition of the thousands of miles of deteriorating water, sewer, oil, natural gas, and products pipelines on which the people of the United States and Canada depend.
