Quality thinking for Academic Administrators

In The Academic Administrator's Guide to Exemplary Leadership, you will find no trendy niche marketing approaches to leadership; it contains straight forward, to-the-point thinking on what works in leadership, placed in the context of higher education.
Kouzes and Posner describe their paperback as a "field guide to take along on your leadership journey." Ok book on leadership in Higher Education
By ozjg - September 17, 2012I didn;t find this book as helpful or as interesting as I hoped it might be fro other reviews and summary. Its OK and arguably worth a read, but I don't think you would miss much without it.
