Worthless...
By J. Bowers - February 17, 2012...unless you're still using Windows 2000 (!) or Windows XP. This program won't run on your Windows 7 or Mac OSX machine. Bentley's online FAQ has the nerve to suggest using a Windows XP virtual machine to run the program. Apparently Bentley can't be bothered to port their document reader to a current OS.
It's O-K - Not the Best Value...
By Pete D. "Rensport805" - December 1, 2012This "repair manual" is more of an overview of the various sub-assemblies rather than comprehensive repair information. For example Audi recommends replacing use-once fasteners, but the part numbers are not listed even if you select a specific model[?]. In contrast if you have an opportunity check out a Porsche Workshop manual - they provide in-depth concise information. And, the Porsche manual appears to be authored by a professional mechanic whereas the Audi/Bently manual does not. I agree with the other reviews; the eBahn software seems dated and only works on a few operating systems. With that said, I wonder if Audi doesn't care to put a lot of effort into repair information and cater to the customers that utilize the dealer for service..?
In fairness most Audi customers are probably not DIY'ers like me.
