Best Meditation Book Around!!

I read Meditation books in the morning and before bed. I've used a ton of them. But none of
them that I've found are even close to this book with regard to content. The author(s)obviously
spent much time and thought on the passages and although I've been through it 3 or 4 times now, they
still resonate with me.
It's supposed to be a book for women and the quotes are all written by women, but although I'm a
guy, I have gotten so much out of it, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Each Day A New Beginning is a one I use in conjunction with other such books containing meditations for women who are seeking spirituality. These insightful writings were written by other women for that purpose. I had a copy I bought in 1982 shortly after its release and used for many years but lost it. This copy replaced that volume. I highly recommend this book which is so poingniently written. A wonderful and honest compilation of writings from the heart and soul of some very brave women.
