Very Good Book
By A Customer - October 28, 1999I really enjoyed this book. Its opening chapter is very interesting as it historically details how the understanding of Ki first came to be embraced on the ancient Korean Peninsula. I think the most important element this book, however, is that it gives very clearly articulated methods on how to actually develop and utilize Ki energy. It never becomes lost in the hocus-pocus aspects of Ki. Instead, it sticks to practical applications.

Easy Ki
