\nsmoking cessation based on social cognitive theory and compare it with an existing self-help based
\nprogram. In both the groups, the antecedents of quitting based on social cognitive theory, namely, self-
\nefficacy for quitting and self-control for quitting were tracked for six months along with self-reported
\ndaily consumption of cigarettes, self-efficacy for yoga, and past week performance of yoga behaviors. A
\nvalid and reliable 23-item instrument was utilized. The study employed an experimental design. Twenty
\none participants recruited in this study after informed consent and randomly assigned to the two groups.
\nSeven (33.3%) participants completed the study protocol and one participant who was in the yoga group
\nwas successful in quitting smoking. Statistically significant improvements occurred in the social
\ncognitive-theory based yoga group over the self-help group for self-control for quitting (p<0.001) and
\nperformance of yoga behaviors (p<0.05). This pilot study suggested that a social cognitive theory based
\nyoga intervention was more efficacious in influencing the antecedents of smoking cessation than a self-
\nhelp approach. This study lends support for developing and testing future interventions regarding the use
\nof yoga as a behavioral method for smoking cessation.

\n(Portunus pelagicus) has a high nutritional value. It can be processed into fishmeal through several
\nprocedures, so the product can be used as a substituted material to create a nutritious instant noodle.
\nThe objective of this research were to study the effect of fish meals as substituted material with different
\nconcentration to the physical and chemical quality of instant noodle produced and to find out what the
\noptimal composition also whether there are any interaction of both factors. This research used factorial
\nexperimental design based on group random design, consisted of 2 factors: factor A (different fish
\nmeals): Consisted of 3 levels scad fish meal (A1), Small shrimp meal (A2) and Swimming crab meal
\n(A3); and factor B (different concentration) consisted of 5 levells: 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The
\nanalysis used was analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by HSD 5%. The results of this research
\nshowed that there was significant effect (P<0.05) of different fishmeals and concentration to the
\nphysical and chemical quality of the product. The type of fish meal has a significant effect (P<0,05) to
\nthe tensile strength, moisture, ash, protein, fat, and calcium content. Concentration treatment had a
\nsignificant effect (P<0,005) to the physical (brightness) and chemical quality, but there was no
\ninteraction of treatment to tensile strength, brightness, fat, and color of instant noodles (P>0,005). The
\noptimal compositions of protein rate (19,77%) were achieved by 20% scad fishmeal; fat rate (19,93%)
\nby 20% Small Shrimp meal, and calcium rate (42,525%) by 20% swimming crab meal. The favorite
\ncomposition for instant noodle was achieved by 10% swimming crab meal.\";s:5:\"thumb\";s:109:\"images/t/45/the-effect-of-different-substitution-meal-to-physical-and-chemical-quality-of-instant-noodles.jpg\";s:6:\"thumb2\";s:110:\"images/t2/45/the-effect-of-different-substitution-meal-to-physical-and-chemical-quality-of-instant-noodles.jpg\";s:9:\"permalink\";s:93:\"the-effect-of-different-substitution-meal-to-physical-and-chemical-quality-of-instant-noodles\";s:5:\"pages\";s:1:\"9\";s:6:\"rating\";s:1:\"1\";s:5:\"voter\";s:1:\"1\";}i:3;O:8:\"stdClass\":13:{s:2:\"id\";s:5:\"17764\";s:6:\"status\";s:8:\"verified\";s:11:\"author_name\";s:15:\"buysellproperty\";s:9:\"author_id\";s:4:\"2642\";s:14:\"author_website\";s:0:\"\";s:5:\"title\";s:86:\"Unitech Sunbreeze Gurgaon, Unitech Sunbreeze Sector 69 Gurgaon || Buy-Sell Property ||\";s:11:\"description\";s:2588:\"Unitech Sunbreeze Gurgaon, Unitech Sunbreeze Sector 69 Gurgaon || Buy-Sell Property ||\n\nUnitech Sunbreeze Sector 69 Gurgaon are designed expertly to let you feel close to nature even when you are indoors.
