More Grouped by Passage Type is Better Than Kaplan LSAT Mastery Practice

In a few days, I will post a more detailed review of this book on my LSAT blog. However, I just wanted to briefly note that this book is much better than the previous alternative, Kaplan LSAT Mastery Practice.

Grouped by Passage Type contains every LSAT Reading Comprehension passage from PrepTests 21-40, so it includes some Reading Comp passages that are otherwise out-of-print and difficult to find in book form. It organizes Reading Comp passages according to various categories, but it also goes beyond the traditional Natural Science, Social Science Humanities, and Law categories.

For example, it divides Humanities passages into the categories of Art, Literature, and Music & Poetry.

On the other hand, the Kaplan Mastery book just sticks with the 4 basic categories and doesn't do a more detailed breakdown, which would allow you to focus on specific areas. (The Mastery Practice book also just includes a random assortment of passages.)
