Be Happy!: Release the Power of Happiness in YOU

Customer Reviews:

a 'Must Have' for everyone!

By Book Lover "Florence 2706" - April 2, 2009

I read this book cover to cover on a long transatlantic flight and could not put it down. After every chapter I felt my life had shifted and transformed and I could not believe there was still more to come with the rest of the book! With every chapter I learned new insights which led me to feel transformed and as if my life would now be lived from a whole new perspective.

With warmth, humour and wisdom, Robert takes us through is 8-week happiness program (which I have done by the way and it is amazing!) and this book has truly changed my life, as has the 8-week course, which I did in person.

This is an essential book for everyone who is interested in being happy (and I have never met anyone who isn't ?!)

A great gift to everyone

This book is written with such great generosity. Robert shares his Happiness 8-week course with the world and brings it alive with great passion and astonishing depth yet keeping it joyfully alive with great warmth and humour.
This read searches into every single area of our lives - and then goes that little bit further. Its holistic, spiritual, joyful, open and as said, so very, very generous. A totally fascinating enquiry into our own individual thinking around the whole concept of happiness and where it is and isn't in our lives - and, as the great Louise Hay says in her forward to the book, 'do yourself a favour and do all the exercises'.
I have had the great privilege of actually being on this course and it has completely shifted my life for the better and given me timeless reminders and a deeper sense of staying open to all possibilites.
This book will serve as a constant reminder of TRUE happiness.
Give yourself a gift and enjoy this book.

Don't be fooled...

If you think "Be Happy" is light and fluffy pop-psyche, guess again. Dr. Holden is brilliant and this book is incredibly thorough, delving deeply into our psychology and spirituality- there is so much covered in this book. I'm very grateful for Dr. Holden's wonderful contributions to our world.
