Easy to digest.

Normally I don't buy books about self help or spiritual topics unless I'm familiar with the author, or I get repeated recommendations. Yet when I read about this book in a newsletter, I felt a strong signal to buy it, even though I had never heard of Sandra Ann Taylor.
I'm glad I did, because this book really is different than most others that teach us how to create our own positive changes. Because it is SHORT and to the point. She doesn't beat around the bush or try to "prove" anything. She gives affirmations in each section, and helpful suggestions about how to apply the principles.
The affirmations alone are worth the price of the book.
I appreciate concise writing because I can read it quickly and understand the point. It makes me feel good when I finish reading a book that helps me improve my outlook on life, and when the book is short and to the point, I get that feeling more easily.
I love this book and highly recommend it.
Good Things Come in Small Packages

I must admit that I am somewhat of a self-help junkie. Because of that, I love books that don't have a lot of wasted filler. This little book really surprised me with the value of small, every day messages of wisdom.
It only takes a few minutes each morning to read and reflect on each daily message. Each starts with an intention beginning with "Today I ..." which I love to read out loud. (example: Today I intend to engage in more positive attitudes. I release old worries and fears.) After each message, there are suggested activities for using the idea in your daily life. At the end, there are affirmations which I also read out loud.
This is not so much a book to be read as it is a book to be used. I am reading it for the third time, and it has become part of my morning routine. What a great way to start each day with a positive outlook.

Sandra Taylor has done it again! Her other books are by far the best things out there on attraction and manifestation, and now she has compiled many techniques, intentions, and consciousness-changing affirmations into a handy little book to carry with you and focus on throughout the day. It's a power-packed tool, open it to any page, and you'll find a great suggestion there. The idea of changing your life-force on a daily basis to change your results is brilliant! Taylor has been writing about this for longer than most anyone out there, but each book is fresh and new and has something different and exciting to offer--I recommend them all. But don't be fooled by the size of this one. It's a little book at a little price, but it's a life-changing investment!
