Great collection but can't print easily

Well organized and current information, but I cannot print directly from the program. The CD loaded nicely onto the computer. It's easy to search for topics, and there is a great selection. But, when I open the subject and try to print, it won't print. I get pages of code printing out and it is almost impossible to interupt. However, when I save the handout into a new folder in my computer documents, it prints fine from my documents. I called tech svc at Elsevier and spoke to someone fairly quickly. Unfortunately, they were not able to help. The added step makes this cumbersome, especially in the middle of appointments when trying to send a handout home at check-out. Otherwise, it's a great product. The problems are not in the medical content, but in the CD that accompanies it.

very useful book

This book is full of easy-to-grab-and-copy handouts to give owners further reading on a large variety of topics. I find owners are grateful for more information to think about after the exam.
