I bought this book for my daughter who is in college. Her first year took a toll on her diet, exercise and previously healthy lifestyle, so I gave this to her to help her improve her overall well-being. The first thing she said after starting the book was, "this book is about me!" She has devoured the book and picked up many great tips on improving things from now on. (Some things I thought I had told her, but mom's word is not often listened to). Therein lies the beauty of this book. It is written by a young women in language and attitude of the young, so it is very easily read and digested by college age kids (young working adults too). It is well laid out and extremely readable. The advice is excellent and there are many sensible (and student relevant) tips that can be easily followed. Knowing that Dr. Mehmet Oz (the author's father) is the medical backing to this book makes it an extremely safe and recommended guide for young people just starting their life away from home.
This book is so easy to read and follow along. It's amazing! I recommend this book to everyone. The workouts in it left me sore for a while and I learned so much information from vitamins to how to keep up with any exercise and diet program! GET THIS BOOK!!!
