Electromagnetic Fields in Electrical Engineering (Studies in Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics, 22)

The volume is expected to consist of 80-90 four page contributions, which will cover the following groups: field theory and advanced computational electromagnetics, electrical machines and transformers, optimisation and interactive design, electromagnetics in materials, coupled field and electromagnetic components in mechatronics, induction heating systems, bioelectromagnetics, and electromagnetics in education. All the papers will represent two areas of research in electromagnetics. The first one is of theoretical nature and is connected with the groups 1, 3 and partly 5, 7. The remaining part of the papers will be focused on applications of all the theoretical approaches. ISEF Symposia gather people keen on electrical engineering, and are simultaneously involved in computational electromagnetics. This is a distinction of ISEF symposia, that the stress is focused on both technical and theoretical problems. Such equilibrium allows touching the heart of the matter in electromagnetism. The ISEF proceedings are always preceded by invited papers coming from outstanding scientists working in the area of electromagnetism, whose contribution to electromagnetism is obvious among electromagnetic world society.
