As a Psychology major, I bought this book for a fun read and it is completely awesome! It is very entertaining and has great information about positive psychology.
This book illustrated and gave names to practices I have done all of my life, but had no name for it. Immediately, after reading the first chapter, I had to call my friends and share the descriptions and vocabulary of this book. A must read.
