Errors
By born to teach - March 15, 2011I agree with the previous person. At first, it seemed like a good review book, as I hadn't taken a tesol course yet and was looking to get the basic pointers. However, there are so many typo errors in here that it isn't funny. Where are the proof readers?

By D. McKenna - August 3, 2010This book is terrible. Not only are there typos, but there are mistakes in terms of TESOL and linguistic theory that would be noticeable to any newcomer to this topic. More than a waste of time and money, this book will NOT prepare you for the test.
Horrible
By Alison - July 9, 2011This book is a joke. There are so many typos in the book that it makes me wonder if I should even rely on the information given inside. This book doesn't even discuss assessment that is used in NYS. This book was designed for the NYSTCE yet they talk about Florida..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this book to anyone who is preparing for the ESOL exam. The sample questions/ practice test are nothing like the preparation guide given from the state or the actual test. HORRIBLE!!! I want my money back!!
