The successful candidate wil be the Business Manager and O cial Representative for one of the largest
provider of quality holiday apartments and villas in Europe. Every year, more than 100,000 clients contact
this Company1 to book their holiday. The company is becoming more and more accessible, not only in
Europe but also in many holiday regions. They believe that Business Manager and O cial Representative
wil play an important role in ful l ing the mission of their company on the new territory. The enclosed

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Process incoming inquiries from potential customers.
You wil receive incoming phone cal s and email messages from both property owners and local travelers wil ing
to rent property inside or outside your country). You wil need to identify the customer's needs and act as liaison
between client and European o ce of the Company. While no direct sel ing is required, The Company requires
superior attention and fol ow through to maximize every inquiry from a prospective client.
2. Provide assistance to current customers.
You will be the contact person for the following groups of customers: property owners who deal with the
Company; those who rent property in your country through the Company; and regular customers who plan to
rent property abroad.
3. Negotiate with the property owners.
Every month you wil receive the list of the properties (no more than 20 items at a time) that are most
interesting for the Company. You wil contact the owners of these properties to o er a pro table rent through
the Company. When you identify the home owners, who are interested in the business with the Company, you
prepare the paperwork and manage it according to the guides.
4. Pick out the rental properties.
You wil keep track of the current rental o ers on primary rental websites in your country to nd the o ers that
the Company is currently looking for (you wil be receiving the search parameters from the Company o ce
every two weeks). You wil col ect the matching properties, save them and email in digital document to the
Company o ce for further consideration. Online database searching and sorting processes wil be the most
crucial during the rst 2 months.
5. Obtain and maintain the registered business.
You wil have a business name that wil represent the Company. This name wil be also the name on the business
banking account. You may choose any nationwide nancial institution for business banking. The purpose of this
bank account is to receive payments from the Company (both salary and reimbursements) and local clients. The
Company wil cover the cost of any and al bank fees charged to the account including the rst deposit, business
name registration, business taxes and any other expense connected with the business.
6. Assist in the business development.
You wil help the Company to nd the best advertising platforms in your country depending on the current
needs and budgets (TV, Radio, Internet, Press and etc) and to place the advertising materials through local
agents. Certainly the Company wil always provide the necessary nances in advance.

Requirements and Bene ts
1. Technical Requirements
You should have personal computer or laptop with a stable Internet connection,; printer and digital scanner, or
multifunctional device; and cel phone or smartphone (company wil provide Apple iPhone 4 on the 6th week).
2. Working Schedule
You wil work 6 hours daily; 30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. There are 5 possible time intervals to
09:00am - 03:00pm
09:30am – 03:30pm
10:00am - 04:00pm
10:30am - 04:30pm
11:00am - 05:00pm
If you ever need to change hours or take a day o , give your supervisor prior notice. You wil fol ow your
national holiday schedule. In addition, you wil have the day after Christmas o and one personal day, that can
be used at any time, for any reason, with prior notice given to supervisor. These are paid holidays, in addition to
2 weeks of vacation during the rst year. Business manager and o cial representative wil not be required to
3. Training, Supervision and Reporting
You wil be provided with al necessary training materials and orientation guide before the start date. Your
supervisor wil help you to get ready for the rst day. You wil always operate under the direct supervision of
the Company in spite of the signi cant time di erence. You wil communicate with the supervisor on a daily
basis via e-mail, real time instant messenger and phone. Supervisor will train and assist at every step during the
whole rst year.
4. Salary, Bene ts and Career Prospects
The start salary is Euro 60,000 per year (use Xe.com to get the current rate in your local currency). After the rst
quarter, when the Company establishes the o ce in your location and you become at the head of this
representative o ce, the salary should be increased by 15-20%. The currency cross rate wil be xed for the
whole term on the day of the agreement execution. Ful bene ts package (including life, medical, dental,
vision) wil start on the 3rd month.
5. Paydays and Expense Reports
Payday is the last business day of the month. Salary is set based on experience and wil be set forth in the
independent contractor agreement. The Company is an equal opportunity employer, promotes diversity and

Internet connection, cel phone charges and other pre-approved business expenses. Large amounts are always
provided in advance.
6. Start date
The Company wants to start the business development in your country as soon as possible, but there is no
xed start date. However it would be best if you are available to start immediately.
7. Location of the o ce
The representative o ce of the company in your country should be located in your home city or area, because
Business Manager and O cial Representative should be at the head of this local headquarter. The Company
should be looking for an appropriate o ce space location with your help.
8. Expectations for the next 5 years
Within the rst year: representative o ce establishment, initial o ce team building, 100+ properties
col ection, stable 24/7 online and phone customer service for local guests. Within the ve years: independent
headquarter, 5 additional agent o ces in the most popular areas, more than 500 properties to rent out, good
brand recognition on the local markets.
