Supervisor - I worked full time at CeX, starting out simply manning tills & handling merchandising of
the store. Over time however that has expanded out to testing of hardware before we buy it off a
customer, completing regular stock checks, designing displays , telephoning customers to inform them
of the status of their items left with us. In addition, I was the chief organiser of store-to-store transfers,
which involved the daily cataloguing and mailing of potentially several hundred items a week, as well
as telephoning other stores to organise said transfers, including negotiations (usually trading bulk
overstock).
From September 2011 I was promoted from sales assistant to supervisor. My duties expanded into
opening & closing our banking system in the morning, ensuring all our sales assistants were working
hard and on the tasks that needed completing that day. I also started to spend more time dealing with
customers' problems & complaints, resolving issues and ensuring our customers were happy and
returning to buy & sell again.

INTERESTS
In my free time I spend a lot of time playing the guitar, which I have been playing on and off for over 5
years now. I also derive great enjoyment from video games which are a significant part of my life, but
at the end of the day nothing beats curling up in bed with a good book.
