Functional Update
What happened in OGX?
We started sending people around the world:
Peru, Italy, Ukraine
We interviewed people, who want to go on Exchange!
Of course we signed some contracts, uploaded forms and
searched in the endless myaiesec.net.
Last, but not least we have new coordinator:
Mariya Yordanova!!!
We wish you one amazing mandate, to help lots of people to
Their dreams come true and of course: Send them all on
exchange!!!
We are preparing for Matching mania, because it
is time to match all our Eps for the summer!

13 TN forms
4 projects
Foreign summer in
Over 120 NGOs segmented
ci. 9 meeting per week
Bulgaria
over 20 interview per week
6 Ma TN form
Our expected interns are from Nigeria, Pakistan, Czech Republic, Russia,
China, Georgia.
And we have also negotiations with Italy, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine,
Slovakia
ER and IC GIP:
Success is not a matter of chance - it's a matter of choices.
We all made the right choice joining the ER and GIP team!!
Summer is one of the best seasons of the year and also the most challenging
one according to our work!
Our ER team is working day and night to make the 3 projects "Colourful way",
"Future for me" and "World playground"!
They are arranging meetings with lots
of companies like Piraeus bank,
Sopharma, Bio Bulgaria, Adventure
Plus, Sunny.bg and even
. These busy bees are about
to rock the Bulgarian projects!
Some good news came for GIP as well! We signed two contracts for four interns!
The first contract is with Webmedia and the second one is with CMSG! And that's just the
beginning! We are on fire!!
We are about to change people's lives!!!
The best thing about the ER in our LC is that we have new stars!
ER Coordinator Marcella Valcheva
She is the queen of the sales and you can
count on her about every single detail
connected with selling whatever you
wish! So make sure you listen to the
queen and provide her all of your
reports!
Kistian Atanasov - the prospective
team leader of IC GIP and Account
management!
He is raising like a Boss! Do you
dare to be part of his team and to
eXchange the world?
What happened in F team:
During the last period F Team
prepared the budgets for the 3
summer projects - World
Playground, Future 4 Me and Colorful
Way. Both the plan of the LC and the
particular circumstances of the
projects were taken in mind by our
thoughtful F guys
OC Fs are tracking the financial status of their projects keeping track of the
balance of expenses and revenues. They say "NO" sometimes. Still, give
them some love ;)
Every month F Team prepares financial analyses
of the money flows in the LC so that weak links
are found and amended, strong ones are
boosted and the financial stability of the office
is kept. In other words, they keep our money
house away from fire!
F Team is making a research for grant
possibilities to sponsor even more projects.
LOVE the F Team You know you want them
to LOVE U :D
And the fluffiest one... TM
Creation of LTT plan for the next one year
together with our amazing LTTC - Fici!
Keep calm... many new and interesting
trainings are coming!!!
Project evaluation: how do people working on projects
feel, are there satisfied with their work etc.
GM together with @ SU and TU
Party "GM" at Bobby's house
Elaborate Rewards & Recognition
tool for all the members in the LC. It's
purpose is to boost the spirit in the LC and
members' motivation.

Gathering new people to work in our team.
