The Revolving Museum is an evolving laboratory of creative expression
for people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities who seek to experi-
ence the transformative power of art. Through public art, exhibitions,
and educational programs we promote artistic exploration and appre-
ciation, encourage community participation and growth, and provide

ARTicle is one of many programs by the Revolving
Museum - it focuses on the art of fashion design as
well as the process of developing a fashion label in-
volving all aspects of fashion which includes sewing,
screen-printing, pattern-making, marketing, photog-
raphy, styling, hair & make-up, culminating to pro-
duce a fashion show. Our first collection featured
accessories such as our signature “pinata”-style handbags, hats, and cowl scarves made from
recycled, vintage fabrics.
BOSTON FASHION WEEK 2010 RUNWAY SHOW
Our second year, our second fashion show - ARTicle’s design team took it a step further and pro-
duced garments (dresses, harem pants, jumpers, skirts, and much more reworked vintage cloth-
ing) for this upcoming runway collection. The clothes are largely streetwear-inspired with a touch
of femininity.
The fashion show will also feature F.O.B’s Clothing and KeoK’jay integrated with ARTicle design.
UNIVERSOUL B-BOY CREW will perform a routine as well as work the runway as models!

F.O.B’s CLOTHING
F.O.B’s CLOTHING is Lowell’s premiere urban t-shirt and apparel line. Their designs are focused
primarily on the theme of travel encompassing underlying messages such as progression,
movement and nostalgic cultural iconography to influence the F.O.B slang (Fresh off the
Boat) to a liberated definition where you define it and empower it. F.O.B’s Above Water col-
lection will be styled with ARTicle designs. More info: www.fobsclothing.com

prise that was established in
Cambodia by local artist Ra-
chel Faller in an effort to train
and provide jobs for women
living with HIV in Phnom Penh
through creating handmade
items out of their homes. 12

est collection TRAFFICK will be
featured in our fashion show.

LOWELL, CITY OF TEXTILES
LOWELL, MA was founded during the 1820s as a
center for textile manufacturing – the first of its
kind in America. In a sense, fashion started here,
or at least the first clothing were made here and
that profound historical significance resonates
today and serves as the powerful backdrop for
the creatively-driven youths of Lowell. With an

UNIVERSOUL B-BOY
B-BOY or BREAKDANCE is an acrobatic dance
style invented on the streets and is an extension
of the hip hop culture. UNIVERSOUL B-BOY CREW
are comprised of the best local talents.
They have performed at the 2010 Lowell Annual
Folk Festival as well as competed for B-BOY jams
in the Boston area.
The cultural impact of B-BOYING has become
sensationally positive within the young commu-
nity of Lowell and we are proud to highlight this
dance style through our runway and fashion de-
signs.
