The young Audi Q3 has got the ABT Sportsline that has added to the sportiness of the
stunning Q3 making it look more aggressive and also has improved the performance in terms
of power. This tuned up Q3 is being termed as the Audi QS3. These refinements will allow
additional boost of maximum sportiness and extra driving enjoyment. For achieving the same,
ABT has tuned the body kit such that the front gril e, lip, side skirts, rear bumper along with the
roof spoilers make the curves of the Q3 more desirable and maintain the figure of the Audi
Q3.
The rear bumper comes with a diffuser along with new quad exhaust tips. The Q3 Sportsline
can get alloy wheels ranging from 18-21inches and sports suspension kit. ABT offers the
power kits for diesel as wel as petrol engines that are available under the Audi Q3 line up.
The 2.0-litre TDI diesel after the ABT tuning delivers 168bhp in comparison to the usual
138bhp, whereas the 174bhp TDI engine churns out 202bhp. On the other hand for the petrol
engine, 2.0-litre TFSI becomes capable of delivering 236bhp instead of 168bhp and the other
2.0 TFSI that delivers 208bhp produces 267bhp after the tuning.
For the convenience of those who don't know about ABT Sportsline, it is a motor racing and
auto tuning company based in Germany. They are known for tuning best of the best cars,
dealing especially with Audi and the Volkswagen group. The notable cars that are available
are the TT-R which is a supercharged second generation of the V6 Audi TT, R8 GT R which is
a modified version of the Audi R8 V10, to name a few. ABT are known for applying their
knowledge that they have gained from the racing to the cars and adapting the same for the
regular roads.
