Stewart H. Lapayowker, an attorney

his new Internet radio show, “Plane Talk Radio”, which can be viewed at www.PlaneTalkRadio.com. The show is
dedicated to promoting an appreciation and understanding of business aviation.
The broadcast will be on November 16, 2010 at 12:30pm Eastern, and will feature Barbara Spoor, a member of
the board of directors of the National Aircraft Finance Association and Gary Garofalo, a Washington, DC based
FAA regulatory lawyer. They will be discussing current developments in FAA regulations and aircraft finance.
On each show the host and guests discuss a range of topics including the ins and outs of owning, operating,

Association’s Tax and Regulatory Committee, past chair of its Aircraft Transactions Working Group, Vice-Chair
of its Regulatory Working Group, and a member of the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his juris
doctorate from Temple University School of Law.
