The Company
Bulova Technology ASR , LLC. (C) has acquired the licensing rights to a unique patented technology the Catalytic
Activated Vacuum Distillation process known as CAVD.
The CAVD system has been proven commercially operable through a large scale plant utilizing tires as feedstock for
our patented technology process. Our Revolutionary technology enables BTASR to aggressively position itself in
becoming a world leader in the emerging Biofuel sector. Through ten years of vigorous R&D and successful final
phase testing, BTASR has proven that it can utilize Automobile Shredder Residue as a feedstock for its plants to
create an estimated 1 to 2 million dollars in net revenue per year from each CAVD plant using 100 tons of ASR per
day.
BTASR shall initially target the automobile shredder residue production market which produces an estimated five
million tons of Automobile Shredder Residue (ASR) annually (http://auto.ihs.com/news/newsletters/auto-mar04-
shredder.jsp).
“We Had A Vision We Could Develop Technologies That Have Been Concepts For The Past 20 Years Knowing
With Enough Research, Time, and Money, One Day Those Technologies Could Help Revolutionize and Change
The World.”
Our Mission
BTASR is intent on establishing itself as a leader in the waste to energy sector. BTASR will continue to position
itself at the forefront of a multibillion dollar alternative energy industry by creating sustainable growth strategies and
new technology development for our biofuel resources.
The Vision
BTASR will become a key contributor in providing the world with technology for the renewable energy sector,
through f our patented CAVD technology. This is accomplished by creating long-term strategic alliances. These
profitable relationships will allow BTASR to continue to develop our revolutionary process of converting waste to
energy.
The Market Opportunity
The United States and other countries around the world have begun to recognize the needs as well as the benefits of
alternative energy and fuel. This recognition clearly defines a new direction and impact these resources will have on
the worlds view on energy consumption. BTASR is taking a pro-active position in conveying this global sentiment
by constructing CAVD facilities and sub-stations for multi-purpose applications. BTASR has begun to strategically
align itself with Automobile Shredder Plants nationwide in providing safe and cost effective methods of providing
clean energy. The objective is to operate/license these plants as well as provide an additional fuel resource to offer to
the private sector.

The U.S currently produces approximately 5 million tons of ASR annually or 450 to 500 million cubic feet of ASR.
This waste is created by the nearly 200 plants that are utilized for automobile shredding. The shredding process
chops the vehicle hulks received from the salvage facilities into small pieces no bigger than a fist. BTASR projects
to construct four facilities. This facilities/sub-stations should process 100 tons per day of ASR creating a revenue
stream of just under four million dollars with a gross margin of approximately two million dollars per plant. In
addition to rewarding its investor’s BTASR will provide a cleaner and better environment in which to both live and
work.
The Technology
Catalytically Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD)
This technology employs thermal cracking under vacuum for waste remediation and the production of alternative
fuels from various solid feed stocks. Applications include automobile shredder waste, biomass including tobacco
waste, citrus waste and distillers grains, textiles including carpet waste, and plastics. Depending on the feedstock,
the system can be tailored to recover marketable solid and liquid end-products. The system can be configured for
waste remediation or waste to energy, depending on the user’s needs and feedstock. In biomass utilization, tests
have shown the CAVD to produce liquid fuels with much higher caloric value than seen for similar technologies.
We currently have a profitable financial model utilizing Automobile Shredder Residue (ASR).
Implementation
The Present
CAVD Technology
BTASR’s present objective is to build four (4) power production facilities whose primary operation will be to
produce alternative energy utilizing ASR as its main fuel source.
v ASR – Automobile Shredder Residue – This is what is left after auto shredders remove the metal,
reusable parts, ferrous and non-ferrous materials from a vehicle. ASR materials contain plastics,
polyurethane foam, fluids and oxides. ASR comprises 25 percent of every vehicle, which means that a lot
of materials end up in the solid waste stream.
There are multiple opportunities in introducing the CAVD technology into the ASR marketplace.
Constructing on-site sub-station(s) located at any of the 200 Auto Shredders plants nationwide to
produce additional revenue streams from the waste products, produced at these plants. We will be
initiating preliminary communications with major Automobile Shredder facilities with the intent
of creating a synergistic relationship utilizing our process.
We are in the process of permitting our batch reactor in Tampa, Florida. We anticipate converting
this mobile reactor into a working power plant, allowing us to have one of the first profitable ASR
waste to energy power plants in the country. Prior to implementation of this we will be running a
variety of feedstock through the reactor to obtain independent output results from which we can
create additional revenue models for other waste streams.
Securing land to construct a centralized facility(s) for the purpose of processing ASR acquired
from multiple shredder plant locations to produce Biofuel.

Biofuel, Gas, and converted energy produced from either models illustrated above, will then be
sold back to the plants in which the ASR originated or sold to the open market.
The Future
CAVD Technology
• BTASR is developing several other derivatives of the CAVD technology for use in the remediation of
carpet waste, manure, citrus waste, and algae. The technology has tested out large amounts of ASR from
these applications with incredible fuel results. Over 12 million metric tons of this waste was produced in
2008.
• The Carpet America Recovery Effort estimates that over 5.5 billion pounds of carpet waste will be
discarded in 2008. Of this amount of waste only 56 million pounds will be converted to energy.
Preliminary test results are very positive in this market.
• BTASR is also in the late stages of research and development of utilizing the CAVD technology for the
remediation of manure. The results of testing manure as the source material in the CAVD reactor system is
demonstrating a very efficient production of methane gas. This gas can be used for the production of
electricity and can be sold into the utility grid. BTASR intends to demonstrate that its CAVD manure
remediation system will be the only system that can operate generating its own source revenue.
• BTASR is also targeting citrus peel waste. According to the Fifty-Eight Citrus Processors’ and Subtropical
Technology Conference there is currently over 3.5 million tons of citrus peel waste are being produced in
Florida alone. Much like the after-product of ethanol production, this waste product is currently being
converted into a feedstock and sold. We anticipate creating a model that will allow for this waste to be
converted to energy much in the same way we are utilized the C.A.V.D. process to convert ASR/s to
energy.
• The ultimate objective of BTASR is to demonstrate the ability to convert emissions from power plants,
cement plants or any facility emitting harmful co2 and allowing algae to be generated in mass quantity for
the conversion into Biofuel. Microalgae have much faster growth-rates than terrestrial crops. The oil yield
per unit area of algae is estimated to be 5,000 to 20,000 gallons per acre, per year (4.6 to 18.4 l/m2 per
year); this is 7 to 30 times greater than the next best crop, Chinese tallow (699 gallons). Our researchers are
actively trying to cultivate an algae strain with the highest possible lipid content. Additionally this strain
will be rapid growing and easy to harvest. We will be using a cost-effective cultivation system designed
specifically for our strain. Combining this with our C.A.V.D technology – we believe that we are very
close to finding the first cost-effective way to extract oil from algae. Creating a never ending supply of oil
for our future.
Automobile Shredder Facilities
These plants provides a vital waste disposal of the nearly 12-13 million automobiles removed from market annually.
A substantial portion of this shredder waste is not recoverable and able to be placed back into the marketplace. The
amount of waste produced annually is over 5 million tons or 450 to 500 million cubic feet. This majority of this
waste is currently being disposed of in landfills or is incinerated due to its complexity.
