associate attorneys Daniel Martinez and Stephen Nerland.

With the additions of Messers Martinez and Nerland the firm rivals in size the private

Latin American, The Caribbean and European clientele.

Prior to joining Cantor & Webb P. A., Mr. Martinez worked at a prominent New York law firm
on a broad range of domestic and international transactions including investment funds,
corporate reorganizations, financial restructuring, tax-exempt entities, and tax controversies.
Born and raised in Moscow, Russia prior to emigrating to the United States, Daniel is a member
of the Florida Bar, New York Bar and the United States Tax Court. He is fluent in Russian and
speaks intermediate level Spanish.

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta Canada prior to emigrating to the United States, Mr. Nerland
previously worked as an associate at Moodys LLP Tax Advisors, where he primarily handled
matters involving ownership structures and estate tax. Stephen is a member of the Florida Bar.
He is a former Canadian professional Jr hockey player.
