The main problem of the Students in exam times that they don't know how to write the answers of
questions in a board examinations, so students have lose their confidence and also have doubts in their
mind about the board examinations but by practicing the Cbse sample papers students find much easier
to write the answers in correct form in effective time very efficiently .
Number rounding is the concept to simplify the calculations .Number rounding is the process that gives
the less accurate value in comparison to the actual value but it makes the numbers easier to understand.
for rounding numbers there are some basic rules that is not give an actual number but provide the
rounded number that is very close to its actual number .The rules of rounding numbers are defined as
Rule (I) : First of all decide the number of places in the given value you want to keep means when we
say like round the number to third place or round the number for the second place .
Rule (II) : Finalize what is the next digit of number means digit is less than five or greater than five
after choosing the number of digits that keep into the number that is rounded .
When check the digit that is rounded, is less than the five then leave the digits after it and If the next
digit is equal to or greater than five then increase one in the previous digit.
Rule (III) : Define the number of places keep after the decimal in the given decimal number as example
ones place or hundredth place or thousandth place etc .
Rule (IV) : If the next number from the selecting place is less than five then don't do any change in the
given number and if the next digit of selecting place is equal to five or greater than five then round the
