Scratch & Save Agreement
This letter serves as a mutual agreement between ________________________ and
Scratch & Save. The person whom signs the agreement below agree that he or she
has the authority to accept and distribute the Scratch & Save scratch-off books. It is
also agreed that your organization will not be charged to pay any money upfront for
the scratch-off books.
Terms
The person whom signs below will receive as many scratch-off books as needed to
raise money for their organization. Each scratch-off book is valued at $100.00 if al
boxes are scratched. In the event that a book is returned without any boxes scratch
off, you do not owe anything. If a book is returned with al the boxes scratched off, you
wil keep 70% of $100.00 and pay Scratch & Save the remaining 30%. If a book is
returned with only some of the boxes scratched off you wil receive 50% of the profits
and pay Scratch & Save the remaining 50%, but you wil never have to pay Scratch
and Save more than $30 per book. At no time can your organization lose any money.
Payment of the books wil work as fol ows: There is a 2-week time limit on Scratch &
Save books. However, we will cal you every week to col ect the money taken in and
give you more books, if needed. Payments shal be in cash, certified checks, or
company checks made out to Jon Ernst.
The person signed below agrees that he or she has read and understands this
agreement and has received (or will receive) ___________ scratch-off books
valued at $100.00 each. For the cost of $30.00 a book with a total for this invoice
of $_______ due to Scratch & Save, if all are sold, with payments being made
every 2 weeks, with the program ending no longer than 60 days from the date.
