INSTALLATION STEPS

Please follow the steps below to install the script.
This is the first step to create the main site.
1)
Extract the zip file and put the extracted files in the web root.
2)
Make includes/db_inc.php writeable (chmod 0777)
3)
Make uploads/user_files writeable (chmod 0777)
4)
Make /tmp folder writable (chmod 0777)
5)
Make /images folder writable (chmod 0777)
6)
Make /cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl executable (chmod 0755)
7)
Make installer/sql.sql readable (chmod 0644, it's there by default)
7)
Make the following changes in .htaccess file : change the "yoursite.com" to your site name
8)
Make the following changes in the /uploader/ubr_ini.php file: change the $TEMP_DIR value to
the tmp directory of your website. Don't modify it unless you install the script in a sub-directory.

If your script is in under any folder for example abc, then following changes needs to be done in
cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl file
Change the my $TEMP_DIR value to
$ENV{'DOCUMENT_ROOT'}.'/abc/tmp/' and so on..

If the perl directory is not /usr/bin/perl then, change the value in the first line of cgi-
bin/ubr_upload.pl file to the perl directory

Create a DB in mySql (Cpanel) with a User associated to the DB.

Open the forum/config.php file in notepad and change the following:

a. localhost to your host name (should stay localhost or most servers)
b. DBname to your Database name
c. DBuser to your Database username
d. DBpassword to your Database password

Do the same for :
chat/lib/config.php
and
crons/crons.php

Browse the web address of the site.

Enter correct information for host name, database name, user name and password. Same info
as 11)

After you submit the form, you should be able to visit the site. If you provided any wrong
information related to hostname and database credentials, please delete contents of
/includes/db_inc.php and start the installer again.
16)
After the installation is complete, please don't forget to make db_inc readable only (chmod
0644) and remove the folder /installer
17) To access admin, follow the link sitename.com/manager/

/////////////////// INSTRUCTION TO RUN CRON///////////////////////////////

1)
First of all, open the file crons/crons.php
2)
Put the database and host details
3)
Next step is to setup the corn to run the crons.php every day. Depending upon hosting provider,
the setting up of crons may be bit different. If you are using CPanel, go to advance>>cron jobs
4)
There is a section to add a new cron job, put
php /home/cpanel_user_name/public_html/crons/crons.php in the Command.
Replace "cpanel_user_name" with the your cpanel user name. Select how often you want to run the
script from Common setting drop down box. For example: if you want to run the script daily, select
"Once a day" and click the Add a Cron Job button.

Troubleshooting:

1)
After installation, you have on your site a message about the license, don't worry ... if you
sent us your domain name in advance, it will be authorized within a few minutes. If you

didn't, contact us asap and we will enable it.

2)
When trying to upload a file, you have this error "ERROR: Failed to find flength
file "

Go to http://uber-uploader.sourceforge.net/?section=flength and follow the instructions

3)
When you try a download link , the link doesn't exist (404 error). You are most likely on
godaddy (or similar server). Use the Godaddy-htaccess enclosed in your script instead of the

default one (don't forget to edit it with your domain name) and then rename it .htaccess

SETTING UP YOUR SITE

A few things to do :
1) Go to "Change Password" and change the password (default one is pass1234)
2) Go to "Change Email" old email is admin@upload4cash.info replace with your email
3) Go to "Change Paypal" and set your paypal email

Site Settings :

1. Upload a file for your site logo . Only JPG or GIF files allowed. There is a sample file called logo_gif.gif
in root folder or make your own.
2. Change your site title.
3. Meta keywords, you can change or add to this.
4. Meta Description, you can change or add to this.
5. Twitter and facebook links on download page - turn on or off.
6. Set the Maximum file size for upload
7. Set your Payment threshold (default is $10)

8. Enable or disable Forum/Chat


Note for setting the commissions:

1. Referral Percentage = How Much Users get from their Referral's Earnings (default is 10%)
2. Premium Percentage = How Much Users Get from Premium Subscriptions sales (default is 30%)
3. Affiliate Commission = How Much Users Get from Each Download of their Files (default is 70%)
So Affiliate Commission 0.7 means 70%

Setting up your pages :
Go to CMS Manage Pages
Here you can change your pages (home, About, Dmca, Terms, ...)

We have included in your download pre-configured pages that you can copy and paste.
These are text files and are included in the pages-home-terms-etc.rar , or you can write your own copy.

Setting up GATEWAY for CPA NETWORKS

FileShare script works with CPAlead , Adsend Media and affiliategateways.

Setting up the Gateway Widget with CPALEAD:

1. Log into your CPALead account
2. CLICK on Widgets
3. CLICK on Create Widget
4. Select Content Type - Virtual Currency
5. CLICK Create Button
6. Choose your SKIN or you can use a Custom Skin.
Make sure "NO" is checked for Payout-Cashout-History
7. CLICK on the Name/Desc tab and Give your Widget a Name
8. CLICK on Monetize method and Choose:
Free Surveys
Trial Offers
Purchase offers - DO NOT CHOOSE Paypal, leave it unchecked.
9. CLICK on Design Tab and Change your Design if you like.
10. CLICK on Currency Tab:
Choose Automatic next to Crediting Method
Insert your Postback URL (ie: http://yoursite.com/cpalead.php)
Insert a Password if you like (passwords are optional)

CLICK "NO" for Use Currency Image, Currency Ratio is not important, CLICK "YES" for Currency
Rounding and "Down" for Round Direction.
11. CLICK on Widget Tab
Put "4" for Number of Pages
Set your Tease time as "0"
Set "NO" for Disable Widget
Set "YES" for Close Button
Leave Annoyance Delay at "0"
Set "NO" for Do You want the Widget to Reappear after closing.
12. CLICK on Create/Finish
Click the "I Agree" Box
CLICK "Create Widget"
13. Find the Widget you Just Created and Next to "Choose Action" CLICK "View Code"
14. On the Generate Code Page CLICK "Button/OnClick" and then CLICK "Generate"
15. You will now need Two things from the Generated Code - The Gateway ID and your Publisher
Number.

Now go to your site admin panel (http://yoursitename.com/manager) and then to Gateway Settings :

Insert your Gateway ID
Insert your Publisher ID
Insert the password you used (if you used one)
And select CPALead

And press "Save"

Setting up the Gateway Widget with Adsend Media:


1. Log into your Adscend Media account.
2. Click on Tools - Then Choose Content Gateway.
3. Click on "Create New Gateway"
4. Choose a Background Image "Choose Style" or Put in your Url for a Custom Skin
5. Choose the Size - Header Text - Instructions. And Choose a Profile Name
6. Click on the Advanced Appearance Tab and Choose your Colors and Font Styles
(Remember you can always view the Gateway by Selecting "Preview" at the
Bottom of the page)
7. Click on General Options tab and Put in the following Settings:
Unlock period - 0.01 hours
Check Lock to IP
Check Lock to SubID
Leave Redirect URL BLANK
Set On-Exit Action to Disable
Set Start Delay to -1 seconds
Set Scoll Reset to 200 milliseconds

Check Descriptions
Check Close Link
DO NOT Check IE Embeds
Set Offer Ranomization to 15%
