I have just spoken to Rebekah Hillman who has joint Power of Attorney for Oliver with her mother. She in turn has
spoken today to her mother Jackie Pitt, who is Oliver's next-of-kin. Neither has any knowledge of discontinuing the
Complaint for which I have sent you the evidence.

For Oliver's and everyone's sake, we have to ensure that this does not happen again. I am therefore asking you to
make an adequate response to the information you have received without any further prevarication.

Thankyou for your e-mail, the contents of which are noted. You may be interested to know that there will be a
review meeting of persons concerned about Oliver's situation at his home on 13th January 2010.

Since Oliver is likely to be hospitalised with increasing frequency as time goes on we are anxious to avoid any
repetition of mistakes.
