Modern Entrepreneurship Ideologies
In

recent

times
Entrepreneurship business
entrepreneurship is assessed in a completely new perspective. It is basically a journey into the personal aspect of
entrepreneurship.
In recent times there has been a complete change in the thinking patterns relating to the success and failure of
small business. Entrepreneurship thus is looked upon inducing a completely new perspective.
No Shelving of Traditional
That the vision of the business enterprises is taking a new shape does not mean that old ideologies are shelved
altogether as a result. It is also not the tendencies of rebuking and declaring prevalent ideas fallacious or
deficient. Instead, it is a journey into the personal aspects of entrepreneurship. The objective of such a journey is
to solve the problems faced by people who are entering into small and medium business either online or offline.
Why Small Business Fail
Basically, two reasons contribute to the failure of an entrepreneur who is involved in small business. First, one is
the lack of proper understanding of various aspects of the business while the second one is the inadequacy of
capital to sustain the venture. Either or both deficiencies can result in failure of the business in question.
Reason that is More Pertinent
However, apart from the two reasons stated above, there are other reasons also contributing to the failure of an
entrepreneur. Such causes are also important just like the lack of knowledge and inadequacy of capital. While
any

lack

of

knowledge
<a

be
compensated through learning and the inadequacy of finance can be addressed through various
means, including loans and borrowings, there do other reasons need redress.
Enormity of the Problem
If one looks at the enormity of the problem, he or she will find the big difference between what the percentages
look and what they actually represent. When we say that entrepreneurship failure amounts to 95%, it will sound
huge. On the other hand, when one says that only 5% of the existing business are started up, it may not properly
represent the enormity of the problem unless and until one comes to terms with the fact that these 5% represent
700,000 enterprises out of around 12-14 million existing in North America alone.
Failure at Any Given Time
Another big problem is that studies research have ended up with the conclusion that around 66% of the
enterprises can fail at any given time, and that comes to roughly 455,000 entities if North America is taken the
study point. These enterprises are at dying stages of various types. Since at least one family would be Entrepreneur on the business that is failing,
the intensity of the problem is further amplified. Subsidies could be a solution, but they are hard to come by.
What is often advanced to these people? Is the heavy dose of empathy, and that would never serve the purpose
of reviving a sinking entrepreneur
