2011 issue of Arizona Attorney magazine, the official state bar journal.

engagements in Arizona are invited to advertise in the annual Arizona Attorney Expert Witness
Guide, which will be mailed to more than 18,000 lawyers and judges.

The State Bar of Arizona is compiling the ninth annual edition of its official guide to expert
witnesses to be mailed to every licensed attorney and judge statewide in March 2011.

The Expert Witness Guide will be published as a special advertising section in Arizona Attorney
magazine, the official bar journal for the state. The March 2011 issue also will contain a related
editorial story regarding state standards for qualifying as an expert witness in Arizona courts.

The cost of each of the listings in the Arizona Attorney Expert Witness Guide will be $175.
Expert witnesses who purchase display ads in this special section will receive 1-3 listings at no
extra charge, depending on the size of the display ad purchased.

The Expert Witness Guide offers greatly discounted rates on our display ads, which include the
