Dr Timothy H M Tong
Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption,
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
Dr Timothy Tong has been the Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC)
since July 2007.
He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Anti-Corruption
Authorities since 2008 and the Vice Chairman of the International Senior Advisory Board, International
Anti-Corruption Academy since 2010.
Dr Tong graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1972. He obtained a doctorate degree in
Criminal Law from the Renmin University of China in 2008.
