1. ThisExpressionofInterest(EOI)isnotacontractoragreement.

2. StudentsofIECSchoolofArtandFashioncansubmittheirEOImentioningthenumberofsequence/stheywishto
do by depositing the required participation fee in cash or submitting the cheque in the name of AsiaPacific
CommunicationAssociatesNepalPvt.Ltd.

3. InterestedstudentswillhavetosubmitabriefPortfolioalongwithEOI.

4. Agroupofmaximum4designers(UpcomingDesigner/StudentscanparticipatebypayingNRs25000/(inwords
TwentyFiveThousandOnly)foronesequencei.e.10dressesor2sequencesi.e.20dressbypayingadditionalfeeof
NRs15,000/(InWordsFifteenThousandOnly)

5. Additional fee of NRs. 10,000/ (in words Ten Thousand Only), if the participant wishes to any of the foreign
celebritiesincludingMissIndiatitleholders.

6. Twoautosizephotographs(closeup)oftheparticipatingstudentswillhavetobesubmittedalongwiththeform.

7. Profileofdesignersshouldbesubmitted.

8. AselectionprocesswillbeconductedamongthesubmittedEOIsandtheparticipantswillbeselectedonthemerit
basisofthereceivedportfolios.

9. Aseparateagreementmentioningboththeorganizerandtheparticipants'dutiesandresponsibilitieswillbesigned
withtheselectedparticipatingstudents.

10. Incaseofcancellationorpostponementoffashionweek,organizer'sliabilityislimitedtorefundtheamountpaidby
students.

11. Nocancellationordemandforrefundswillbeentertainedincaseofcancellationbythestudentsaftersubmitting
theparticipationform;theywillhavetoforfeittheamountpaid.

12. Participantfeewillberefundedtothosewhoarenotselectedfortheevent.

13. Organizersreservetherighttobethefinalauthorityinsettlinganydispute.
