businesses to lose those consumers forever. To retain and expand fan bases it is crucial to offer what the people

people into joining their group. Incentives don't need to be expensive, but should provide some kind of value.

Since social media marketing is rather new it is recommended to enroll employees in a marketing training
course. Along with learning how to setup social advertising campaigns, employees also should be trained in
customer relations. It is strongly advisable to establish plans for rapidly responding to questions, comments, or
