General
HBA-30 wood shaving baler is main used in baling wood shavings,wood
Chips,also the straw,waste paper and cardboard.

1:The main structure of HBA-30 wood shaving baler is jointing by hollow
square duct,steel board steel,C type steel and so on.

2:HBA-30 is made up of Main Machine+Oil Tank+Motor+Pump +Hydraulic
Parts +Electric Parts.

2: Bales are pushed out automaticlly,perfect for the production of a big
compact bale. Making Storage Neat and Tidy.

3: With safety opening and closing door ways.

Commissioning
Some admonition
1:We have adjusted the system pressure so the operator do not need to adjust it .
2:Please prepare NO 46 Hydraulic oil,then inject 80% hydraulic oil into the
hydraulic tank. ( you can see the 80% of the hydraulic oil watch by side of the
hydraulic tank )

Commissioning
1:Connecting the baler to the electricity power.
2:Check the motor circumgyrate by clock ( if not,please adjust)
3.Put on the “MOTOR START” button
4:Switch to “AUTO”
5: Put on the “PRESS” button .
6:When the No 5 step is going ,check the baler if working ok( no big noise)
7:Press the “MOTOR STOP” button
8:Check all the oil pipes connecting parts.

Operation steps
All the operations are on the base of the Commissioning
1. ALL AUTOMATIC OPERATION
(1) Cover the bale discharge with plastic bag
(2) Feed the wood shaving into the baler
(3) Put on the “MOTOR START” button
(4) Switch to “AUTOMATIC”
(5) Put on the “PRESS” button the the baler will work all automatic
(6) Waitting for three times pressing,the wood shavings will be pressed into the
Plastic bag
(7) Get the pressed bale away
(8) Go on cover the plastic bag
(9) Do as (2) to (6)

Trouble Solve
When the vertical baler is working ,finding the abnormity circs ,please turn off the
button of the vertical baler and check out the problems.when the problems are
worked,then the baler can be operated.

keeping up the baler
1:When you adding the hydraulic oil into the oil box,the oil must be filtrated,when
there is not enough hydraulic oil in the oil box,you should add hydraulic oil into
the oil box.
2:The oil box must be cleanout half a year,and change the new oil ,when you clean
out the oil box,pls use the hign quality hydraulic oil ,because the low quality oil
will damage the oil pump .
3:The operator should lubricate the parts of the baler by oil .
4:If you did not learn the book or you do not know the structure of the baler,pls do
not operate the baler by yourself.
5:When you find big problem,when the baler is working ,pls shut off the power
supply ,and check out the questions.
6:Every time,after you use the baler,please chean the compressing room up
