After Grand Success of " FASHIONOVA 2012- Annual Fashion Show" IDT-Institute
of Design & Technology presented its Garments through Ramp walk in SGCCI-
South Gujarat chamber of Commerce and Industry, Fibre 2 fashion show brochure
launch .The event was scheduled on 5 July '12 at Surat's luxury destination; Taj
Gateway.
In this brochure launch programme, Idt Surat grabbed the opportunity and
showcased the garments designed on Flavors of India & Secret Garden theme.
Flavors of India collection is a fusion of Indian and Western outfits. Designs are
combined with traditional and with modernized outlook for all age groups. It
includes lehengas, cholis, trousers, jackets, sarees embellished and enhanced with
intricate and bold work, trendiest designs, diamonds, broaches using fabrics like
brocade, silk, satin, brasso, crepe, etc which personifies the entire appearance.
While secret garden is unique and is enhanced with tie and dye form a substantial
feature with very impressive and latest design patterns on outfits. Dazzling touch
of diamonds has been given to the beautiful long flowy gowns to drape with
elegant yet dynamic dyed gowns/attires then look no further.
The evening was a glamour pack affair with an eclectic mix of celebrity, Models
and fashion & Textile owners from the industry. Leading and professional models
like Tanvi Vyas (Femina Miss India 2008), Sujata Das, and Mausmi Bhadra who
have participated in lakme fashion week and Femina miss India were part of this
dazzling event and mesmerized the surti audiences with ramp walk wearing
IDtians designed attire.
Through this display Idtians students got platform to showcase their creativity and
also kickstart their career by presenting their skills in front of the Industry people.
