The promotion (history) of the Immortal Legion



With this post we wanna make officially that the Immortal Legion has arrived in Cloud
Ring / Syndicate.

Let me say a few words about us, who we are, were we come from and what we
want:

We are a 100% german speaking PvP focussed corp. In the past we tried a lot of
different things in Eve, but the corp startet as a Caldari Faction Warfare Corp but
under an other flag. At this time we were a mixed Corp with a small industrial part, it’s
not easy to recruit miners and Indus if they can be killed in the Highsec. *gg*

You have to realize that we are a Caldari Role-Play Corporation and our dream is to
have big fleets only shield tanked, shield BC, shield BS, shield logistics, shield Caps
incl. shield support. At the beginning we only recruited Caldari pilots with only a 10%
part of Amarr pilots and we only flew Caldari ships.

After a half year in the FW we left the FW and joined the Luminance Alliance (RIP),
they were an renter Alliance of Cry Havoc (RIP) in Pure Blind. But the Alliance wasn’t
very successful. With the beginning of the Nothern Crusade started by the South our
downfall was decided.

In june 2010 we become Blobed out by an 200 BS + 50 Caps NC Blob. Our whole
Alliance had about 300 Member incl. Alts. After a long and funny fight at our
Doomstar POS the Alliance and we were defeated. In this fact and after a long
discussion what the Alliance want to do next we decided to leave the LUMA, rejoined
the FW and split our Corp in an Industrial and an PvP Wing. In the FW we had an
nice time with ups and downs but in the summary it was a good time a we become
stronger and stronger.

After more then a half year we make a mistake, we want to leave the FW in the
direction of zero space again. But not all of us want to leave the FW and so we lost a
few of our most active corpmates. They are still friends but not more in the corp.

Actually we prepared all for our 0.0 life, jumped stuff and ships out
had diplomatic
contacts and so on, nearly all was save. Than, from now to then, our leader left us in
fact of an fight about nothing. After the first shock we decided to break with our
traditions and found a fully new Corp, with some new objectives but in the middle with
same hearth.



• Our primary goal was to keep all members in the Corp.

• The secondary goal was to go in the NPC 0.0 because we were to small for
zero space BLOBFIGHTS and we prefer small- and midscale PvP.

• The third goal was to find an alliance in the NPC 0.0 what have enough pilots
in all time zones to get the possibility of PvP Action all the time.

• The fourth goals was to reward recruit our formally industrial players to
become a mixed corporation again.


How you see our group has an eventful life here in EVE, but realize at all this time we
always were nearly the same players and if one player left us peacefully, we never
lost contact to him and mostly they came back to us. New players are very welcome
but they have a probation time of interdeterminate duration. When we think the guy
goes with us, he become to an fullmember. If we decide he didn’t goes with us, we
say goodby and have a nice life.
