Foreword

The Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE)

The Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE) is an international organization whose
purpose is to promote the professional development of its members and to benefit the insurance
industry, our employees, and our students. Our membership includes a complete cross-section of the
insurance business, including insurance company education and training directors and training staff,
human resource directors, academics, training resource providers, regulators, students, and others
responsible for training and education in insurance. SITE members include representatives of both the
property/casualty and life/health segments of the industry, as well as all types of insurance organizations.

To enhance training and education in the insurance industry, SITE provides several activities and
publications for its members. A bi-monthly newsletter and an JOURNAL help keep members informed of
SITE's plans and activities and ensure that members stay on the leading edge of current training
techniques and developments. In addition, regional and virtual meetings and an annual conference
(open to members and non-members) allow participants to network with other insurance professionals to
discuss common problems and issues, and to acquire new knowledge and skills.

The Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators is committed to providing educational
experiences and growth opportunities to a large audience of insurance professionals. To learn more
about SITE, its programs and member benefits, or to learn about becoming a member, please contact:
