attendance at the 52nd Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show was held from October 27-31, 2011.

John Rosatti, on board his luxury mega yacht, Remember When, will attend the International Boat Show in Fort
Lauderdale, known as the Yachting Capital of the World this weekend. This will be the second year John Rosatti's
yacht, Remember When will be shown at the Fort Lauderdale annual event. Remember When, a 162 foot luxury
yacht, was built by Christensen Shipyards, who will also be present at this weekend's boat show.

John Rosatti, a successful entrepreneur and longtime yachtsman, has experienced outstanding success with his host of
business ventures that include Millenium Super Yachts, Plaza Auto Mall, and most recently, BurgerFi. All of John
Rosatti's success is based in his love of all things classic, from cars to dining as well as his lifelong passion for
yachting.

John Rosatti spared no expense in the creation of Remember When; she features six cabins, 16 bathrooms; some
which include heated marble floors and fully automatic toilets and TVs inside the vanity mirrors, air conditioning on
the outside of all three levels, an elevator, full high gloss walnut walls and cabinetry, and some of the world's finest
marble inlay and stone work. John Rosatti's yacht also features state of the art technology that includes both standard
and frontal sonar, infrared cameras, 2 Sea Tel TV satellite dishes and a Sea Tel satellite-internet dish for internet
access.

While visiting the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, John Rosatti and Remember When will among a wide
variety of boats and sea vessels including runabouts, sportfishers, high performance boats, center consoles, cabin
cruisers, flats boats, skiffs, express cruisers, sailing yachts, motor yachts, bowriders, catamarans, ski boats, jet boats,
trawlers, inflatables, canoes, and other extraordinary super yachts. The event, that covers six locations and over 3
million square feet of space, also features show exhibits that range from yacht builders and designers to exotic cars
and brokerage yachts.
